Adorn the streets

And what if every once and a while they spread a checked black and white floor over the concrete, twined white rose garlands up and around the lamppost, raised giant gilded gold mirrors and strung fairy lights in-between to create an open stage. If they rode in on proud stallions, switched into lavish gowns and sleek tuxes, and mulled around in anticipation of the night. Of the night and the stars and the music and the dancing and the magic.

What if?

If I lived near that street light, I would dress in a tuxedo, buy my wife a pretty dress and take here there to slow dance to songs from my iPhone with an ear bud in each ear.

It would be awesome.
